Michiru and Yomi

I made her a plz account

This is my OC for the group Pokimono
Her name is Michiru Tegiami. I created her and her tail/brother, Yomi, almost two years ago on September 6, 2010. She has changed A LOT. In fact for sake of curiousity, here is a link to her first application to Pokimono. [link] (Please, please don't take it seriously or think that is who she is/what she is like any more.) And here is her second application, the one that made it. [link] During all of the joining dates I had some problems submiting. Everything from time, computer mistakes, to lack of intrest because a friend quit, or an art block. But I finally made it, April 26th. And I couldn't be much happier with it. ^^

Likes: Reading, quiet, the outdoors, libraries, and sweets.

Dislikes: Bring around lots of people, Yomi embarrassing her, loosing or having her glasses taken.

Personality:
Michiru is a very caring and hard working person. She is fairly bad with people but she wants to be better with them. She spends the majority of her time in a library owned by her friend. There she works writing, copying, shelfing, and restoring books for the library. She has two good friends.... But one died/went missing (Yukki) and the other one is sick all the time (Persephon)... Great choice Michi. |D

History:
She had a very happy life before this. Her family was quite wealthy and kind. Her father is a Samurai whom Michiru looks up to. Her Mother is a scientist, despite often being seen as an air-head at first. But then the outer part of her family targeted to kill her inner family for their money. Her father and grandfather bravely defended Michiru, Yomi, her pregnant mother, and her grandmother. Her distant family was killed in the act along with Michiru's grandfather. Yomi, in an attempt to protect Michiru, was cut across his stomach and still sports the scar. But Michiru and her family no longer felt safe. Her family decided they needed to move and start over. After a speedy burial the family grabbed the few things they could and fled to Pokimono. Michiru's little brother was born soon after moving. They (Michiru, Yomi, her parents, younger brother, and grandmother) settled into fire field where they all lived peacfully until the Kami Trio War. During the war Michiru's father fought in the battles while the rest of the family had to relocate. He came back safely but he felt as though Michiru needed more protection and gave her his sword. She treasures the sword. It was a family heirloom which was meant to be passed down to the first born male Ponyta in the family. Her father said to her, "They didn't much approve of your mother and they wouldn't much approve of this. But I believe that those are two of my smartest decisions." She and Yomi train with the sword often. Michiru does so daily. She now lives quite peacefully with her family in Scorched Mountains and works at the rebuilt library owned by her friend.

Additional info:
Michiru's tail is named Yomi. He is both part of her and her brother. He, unfortunately, must be submited as an NPC. However, he will still, like before, be used in almost every RP Michiru is in.
Michiru learned how to use a sword from her father. Although she is not extremely skilled with it and she is afraid to use it against people.
The hints of red in her design are to represent her father, a Rapidash. And are also used to replace the pink on a Girafarig.
Yomi likes pie. -shot- (but he really does.)
In the original design Yomi could not separate from Michiru... Then I decided that was really awkward and changed it. XD
That one piece of hair that sticks up over her bangs replace her horns. Which I always forgot to draw and were such a pain.
The library is named "fire field library" after its original location.
Michiru, because of the family betrayal, has some people issues. Therefore, she is shy but she is also very cautious.

Yomi:
Becuase he is cool enough for his own info section. Yomi is Michiru's tail. He normally is in the form you see him on this application but he also has a human form. He is a very different person from Michiru. Surprizingly, the two get along especially for being (quite literally) stuck together. Yomi is almost always by Michiru's side. Unfortunately that has prevented him from meeting that many people. He secretly really wants a male friend to hang out with. He is a bit perverted and maybe a tad egotstical but if embarrassing Michiru was a sport, he would probably be the best at it. He doesn't officially work at the library with Michiru but he does hang out there when she works and may help out a bit.

I am very friendly and love to role play. It is best to rp with me through comments or notes. Although, on occasion I may try out the chat rooms.
